• Decide between an Executive or Traditional home that suits your needs.
• Submit your contact information along with the home you are interested in.
• We will provide an application and ask that you fill it out at that time.
• You will need to show a valid driver’s license.
• We process each application as quickly as possible. Most background checks are completed within 48 hours.
• Once your application is approved, you will sign a lease and pay a security deposit, along with the first month’s rent.
• Assuming that all vacancy repairs are completed, you can move into your new home as soon as your application is processed and accepted.
• Applicants are required to post a security deposit and the first month’s rent, and sign a lease before moving into their unit. The amount of the security deposit varies by property and rental rate. Ask us for details.

Please note that applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

• The application takes about 15-25 minutes.
• Processing an application generally takes 48 hours.

• Photo ID

• Leases are month-to-month.

• We accept personal checks or money orders.
• Electronic payments will be available January 1, 2020.

• Typically, there are no pets allowed. Extenuating circumstances may be considered and additional fees will be incurred.
